About The Founder
With a background in education and program development, Tashara has extensive experience building and supporting educational and community-based programs from the ground up. Her work has included designing program frameworks, coordinating implementation, managing logistics, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure initiatives run effectively and sustainably.
After successfully developing and managing programs, particularly in educational settings. Tashara recognized that many organizations struggle not because of lack of vision, but because they lack the systems and support needed to execute that vision. That insight led her to create Stepwise Collective: a firm designed to help more businesses and organizations thrive through thoughtful coordination, administrative support, and operational planning.
Tashara is known for her people-centered approach and her ability to bring clarity to complex or growing initiatives. She genuinely enjoys being of service and takes pride in helping teams move from ideas to action with confidence and consistency.
